My loading screen is stuck on 10/47
When I uninstalled and reinstalled, the log in page is giving me an error message
net:ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
After that, the loading screen will refresh and show this error message
ERROR 10099
This issue started 9AM Pacific Time May 8.

You sure it wasn't server maintenance, that can be very annoying.
