None of my cards transferred from TCG Online

I just migrated my account from the Pokémon TCG online to Live tonight, and in doing so, literally nothing transferred except my sleeves and some coins. None of my thousands of cards including shiny secret rare Charizard, or any of my theme decks. When I first logged in and set up my account, the game crashed while customizing my avatar - not sure if this has anything to do with it or could have caused it.

I've filed a support ticket and am told I need an exact list of every card I had with the quantity - somewhat of a ridiculous request when I am now locked out of logging into the TCG online to see my collection.

Is there any way for a real support person to help with this? I've collected thousands of cards over the years I have been playing and to have it all disappear in an instant is unimaginable.

    This has just happened to me to and there seems to be no support around this what so ever.
