My account got reverted to older version

When I started playing tcg live I messed around with account settings. I'm going to assume changing my email caused this but It reset my account like a year ago. Didn't think much of it because i was only playing for like a day so I just started over. I open the game on 4/26/2025 and it asked me to log in again. I do that and my account is back to the original version of it before the first reset. Had a ton on progress on that newer version.

The best you can do is to open a support ticket at https://support.pokemon.com/ and explain your issue, they usually help.
