The team is aware of ongoing issues with latency, code redemptions, and matchmaking following the recently concluded maintenance and is actively investigating. You may experience disruptions during gameplay at this time.

We will update here with any new information as it becomes available.

    UPDATE: The Pokémon TCG Live game client is being taken back offline for emergency maintenance. Players will be locked out and unable to enter the game during this time while the team continues its investigation.

    UPDATE: The emergency maintenance has concluded and Pokémon TCG LIVE is back online. While the game is once again accessible to players, the team is continuing to investigate issues causing a degraded gameplay experience.

    UPDATE: A fix has been deployed and the emergency maintenance has concluded. The Pokémon TCG LIVE game client is now back online and once again accessible to players.

    The March Ranked Ladder has been extended 48 hours until April 26 and the Gym Leader Trainer Trial has been postponed to May 8, in line with the content schedule changes announced previously.

    The team will continue to monitor the gameplay experience to ensure any potential issues are addressed, but if you are still experiencing degraded performance, please reach out to our Support Team.

    UPDATE: While the Pokémon TCG LIVE game servers are now open and the majority of yesterday's issues have been resolved, there is a known issue which causes many players to see a white screen upon launch, after the maintenance update message, for around a minute before getting into the game. This screen does not block gameplay, but we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime as our team investigates.

    During this time, both the Silver Series Trainer Trial and the March Ranked Ladder are available to players, along with all other game modes.
