Can't login to the game, blurry loadscrean

Open client, screen loads fine with maintenance pop-up. Click ok, screen gets blurry, game doesn't load.

I've had this same problem with 2 different Windows 11 laptops, both are new with decent specs. Tried to fix the problem with a suggestion regarding changing system region and language to English without success.
