I lose my all ss10 cards

I lost all my SS10 cards after the migration. I want to know whether this is a bug or whether the SS10 card will not be migrated?

    No Sole Silver cards will be migrated. They said that the earliest set that will still be migrated is Black and White.

    Thank you for your explanation, but what I lost is all my SS10 cards, so I think it should be a bug. I have reported it to the customer service and am still waiting for the results.

    You mean Astral Radiance/ASR? Not everyone knows the sets by their Japanese coding.
