Why does the ban for speaking extended so much?

Each time you get reported you get banned from speaking for a while. I understand banning someone who has been foul or nasty in the chat, but players get reported for saying whatever, even nice things.
The ban gets extended as well each time. I heard even up to a month.
This really makes you not want to use function, because you can't even speak to your invited team when banned. Getting to know new players also becomes more difficult with such a long ban.
If you put a ban on someone make it last max 24 hrs.
If you do want to ban someone for a much longer time, truly review what was being said and see if that is in conflict with the rules.
Could we implement any of this so us players aren't scared of using the voice chat function?

Hi @Angeladaya - thanks for sharing your thoughts on the reporting system. Please reach out to our support team directly at this link with your feedback so we can better determine if changes should be made.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon UNITE from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket with more details.

Mods on here are pretty much pointless.
Don't waste your time sending devs any messages. They don't implement ANY update, suggestion or reccomendations players make.
They are too greedy to hire mods to review VC reports and it automatically bans if you get reported. So doesn't matter what you say, 1 report even if it's an abuse of report, you get banned. And it just encourages not to communicate with team.
Again proving devs are greedy and lazy 🤷
