Im sorry, but if you read “A chance” and then expect that chance should happen every time. Thats not the devs fault, or the devs problem.

You have a chance to get a sneak peak. Thats better than the alternatives which are: Literally never, or locked behind some sort of token/currency.

You have a chance to get a rare card every time you pull. Do you feel entitled to pull a rare card every pack?

Agreed. I guess I had been very lucky, because I did about 5-6 Wonderpicks where I got to Sneak-peek, so I assumed it was everytime while the event was going on. Then I finally got a normal Wonderpick, clicked on a card thinking it was going to "Peek" NOT make a final choice... I was upset because, I thought it was a bug... Then reread the event.

So, Devs: not your fault. Player error. But feed-back is the actual player experience feels bad. Make it 100% OR make it clearer the that there's a chance at the start (maybe even lower probability). You know we play these games on auto-pilot. And you know players hate to feel like they got cheated. So put some dice rolling graphics at the start or something.

    Hope that feed-back is helpful.

i mean… they cant be more clear than the button for wonderpick on the main menu having a yellow bar across it saying “a CHANCE for sneak peeks”

The reality is they could throw a massive text box on screen every time you go to wonderpick section that says its a chance, people will still ignore it and then complain.

So put some dice rolling graphics at the start or something.

given that the overall feedback to the new wonderpick graphics were “its too slooowww and takes soooo looongggg” adding even more wait time is not advisable. IMHO they did the absolute best they could to try to please as many as they could. But you will never please everyone.

I guess the word 'a chance' here carries an ambiguous meaning, because I think it refers to an opportunity to take a sneak peek one time, not a probability. For that reason i think there's an error on the campaign.

so sorry if i'm understand it wrong :)

it is a probability. Ive had it multiple times but not every time. Thus a chance.

I truly do not understand where the feeling of entitlement to get consistent sneak peeks comes from. We all were wonderpicking just fine without it before, but now that there is a CHANCE for there to be a sneak peek, everyone is basically claiming that it should be all or nothing, and thats not how chances work.

because it's affecting some players game experience

user error is not the devs fault. In any situation, to any capacity, especially when they have done their due diligence of informing the players of what the mechanic actually is. They can only shove it in the users face “this is a probability of happening, not a ‘sure thing’ “ so many times before it becomes a hinderance or insulting.
