I think to make the heart scale an evolution item instead or to make needed to be held and reach LV 47 or something

I agree, I hate trade evolutions.

Nintendo should just add the linking cord from Legends Arcues into the new Pokemon games to eliminate trade evolution cause lets be honest, most of us don't have a friend with a switch to trade with.
