Cards missing after redemption

I have been redeeming scarlet violet codes today and twice noticed that the miraidon ex full art card (red background) is awarded but never appears in my card library. Is this an issue or what am I missing? have tried restarting the app and made sure other cards are showing up.

    It's there, just hidden. If you have more than one version of Miraidon ex, like the one given in the sample deck, you need to click on the Miraidon card and hit the "available" drop down box, and scroll to find your full art. This applies to other cards too. It looks like the most numerous or recent version of a card is displayed. For example, there are 20+ versions of Professors Research, but only the "Professor Turo" version is displayed in my card library despite having many other versions. It's not intuitive at all.
