Lost some Pokemon after upgrade

Hello everyone! I hope you all doing well! I am confused guys with some issues, after the latest upgrade I cannot use my charizards and my old Pokemons that I was playing up to now!!! And much more I cannot find them in my list of Pokemon. What happened if someone know . Please let me know what can I do!

    Its pokemon TCG LIVE and some of my cards disappeared and some, the game doesn't allow me to play them!!!

    Are you talking about cards you used in Pokémon TCG Online, or cards from more recent sets?
