Pokemon Live doesn't start in Windows
When I install Pokemon TCG Live (26/02/2023) in Windows 10 and it tries to run, it crashes before loading any other screen than the initial one. There's a popup Unity loader that appears on top of the main screen. The Unit version shown is 2019.4.23f1_3f4e01f1a5ec. The version of the game that's shown is V 1.3.20.160837.20230110_1732.
I wish someone could fix this so I could play the game in my laptop other than my cellphone...

FIXED! I fought it for months too, reinstalled multiple, waited for newer version etc.
Delete this directory and all contents: C:\Users\{yourWindowsUsernamehere}\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\pokemon_Pokemon TCG Live
Note that I had done a reinstall today, and it still crashed, then deleted this folder, and it started up without errors. Did not need to reinstall again after deleting the folder.
Your mileage may vary, but I hope this helps at least some others who are dealing with this problem!
