White loading screen after loading game

I can't do anything. The game loads up then goes to a white scree.screen. i can click around and it's asking me to replace a quest but all I see is a white screen with a poke ball in the bottom right

I've found that repeatedly and quickly tapping various parts of the screen will bypass

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I just closed out and reopened it, and it worked fine. Pressing the Windows key will open the task bar and let you close out if you're on fullscreen.

For other players potentially facing this, waiting on the screen for a few seconds should result in being taken to the home page as usual.

thanks. The page that comes up when your loading is a screen that asks if you want to merge your account data. I've found triple tapping the screen towards the middle makes it go away
