They technically are. Any types that are super effective against a type that can't touch it can be considered opposites.

maybe they could introduce like a mega evolution for eevee evolution and like different versions of fregator and bayleaf

I think if they wanted a Mega Eeveelution, they would have to make it fair to all 8 of them and give them all Mega Evolutions, but that may be hard and they may not be willing to do it, and maybe they might not be able to come up with designs so Mega Eeveelutions depends on us the community, but not me many years ago cuz I just fused Eeveelutions with Mega Mewtwo X & Y and Mega Gardevoir like it was no problem, BAM, I've made Mega Somethingeon.

Sometimes it seems they have harder times coming up with designs, hence lack of Mega Flygon existing and also they probably haven't done a dragon-type Eeveelution because a they probably couldn't make a good design for one, but I think mine looks pretty good. I can design Eeveelutions for all the other types, too.
