installed - all G - allowed firewall - game worked - lost couple battles - deck building - shop browsing - all G
Game froze - hard lock
restarted pc
uninstalled, then restarted, then reinstalled, then restarted, then load game - not fix - same error
used installer to "repair" - no fix
used windows settings/app to uninstall then reinstalled - no fix
set shortcut to run as admin - no fix
set exe to run as admin - no fix
set both exe and shortcut to run as admin - no fix
during error message on screen unable to enter another menu / log out / change log in / view an options menu and no button to EXIT
Works on Tablet - Just takes some fucking patients - not enough ram or processor ghz

The non existent support team will not fix this issue. People all over the world are getting this but you cant get help for it. Ive put in about 4 tickets for this and never got a reply. You wont get one either.

My pc pretty close specs as yours. I had hard crash and went back into the game and now having this error... I live in the US. Works just fine on my Samsung s22 plus tho, but still would love to play on my pc.
