Gardevoir ex Game Freeze
I've had this happen more than once, When I'm using psychic embrace and attaching energies if the opponent (from what I assume) concedes while I'm still attaching the game will be in a locked state, No timer, No forced move, I have to either concede myself or close the client.

To be specific, it happens when your opponent concedes in the middle of the damage animation, if they concede while you're dragging energies it works as normal.

I have had this specific action happen multiple times now. It is tied directly to the opponent conceding during Psychic Embrace energy attach. I dont beleive it is as specific as damage animation.

This has happened to me multiple times also, but there's also times when my opponent concedes while I'm dragging an energy and it doesn't bug.
To be more specific, i believe it happens if your opponent concedes during the energy attachment animation, i just said the damage animation because 95% of the attachment animation is the pokemon taking damage.

Quite a few threads on this, and I've encountered it 3 or 4 times myself.
Tip: One of the threads below notes that it's best to wait a bit, then close the game in this scenario rather than conceding so the win still registers. I think that works, but haven't been able to confirm conclusively.

This seems to be happening for other Pokémon as well. I had this happen when trying to use Single Strike Roar with Houndoom.

I've had a similar issue multiple times, but my opponent doesn't concede, the energy cards get stuck on screen and I get timed out for being inactive despite being able to move the energy around, but not attach it to a pokemon. The button to end the ability just puts me back in the ability. I never get my hand back and the energy card stuck around in the win/loss animation. The ability also causes a large amount of slow down at random intervals, sometimes going more than 30 seconds without applying the damage for each energy.
