Espeon EX and Sparkling Crystal Question

Guys, on one of my matches I attached a grass and a pyhsic energy and Sparkling Crystal on my Espeon EX (which is a Terra Pokemon). Nevertheless, I cannot able to use neither of her attacks. I don't understand what was the thing I missed.

Was the Jamming Tower Stadium in play? That turns off your crystal.

No mate, there wasn't any active stadium on the board at that moment. Probably another bug among many others..

There are some effect of ability or attack that increase the cost of attack. You'd better check the battle log to see if there is any effect active for your pokemon
