just had a game where my rapidash only dealt +10 damage to grass types instead of +20

Have you ever heard of Blue the Supporter card that has the effect: During your opponent's next turn, all of your Pokémon take −10 damage from attacks from your opponent's Pokémon.
Probably your opponent used it.
