The game is still skipping my turns
This is ridiculous… how hard could it be to fix?? Just either give the players more time until you can fix the underlaying issue or, ya know… actually TRY to fix the issue.
But skipping people's turns is unacceptable. The game just deciding that we lose is unacceptable. And the Pokemon Company's attitude about it all is unacceptable.
Players are racking up loses that they don't deserve… which are permanent on their account… not even by the cheating cheater rules of the game itself, but because the game client itself is trash.

It's possible that your connection had an issue or you switched it to the background. If your opponent already finished their turn, the timer starts immediately. When your app reconnects or the app is active again, it still runs through all the animations as if the opponent is currently playing it. However, in reality they are already finished and your timer may run out during that "catch up" animation sequence.

I don't believe that was the case. There were no unnatural pauses during gameplay that would indicate that.
Also, there are plenty of times where it's not because of the other Player taking too long and no timer shows up at all and the game just skips my turn.0 -
I don't think that is the case… because while I didn't time it myself, they did so many things on their turn by abusing Item Cards and such to just keep being able to play so many Cards on one turn, which made their turn take so long, that I believe they just did take that long.
There was no pause where nothing was happening at the beginning of their turn… there were no pauses like that during their turn other than what players normally take to make Card Selections from their Deck and what not.
It was them continuously playing Item Cards that keep their turn going until their timer started.0 -
