I have a document on what sound type could be like:
Sound beats Steel and Fire.
Sound resists Steel but not Fire.
Bug, Dragon, Fighting, and Ice beat Sound.
Sound is poor against Bug and Ice.
Sound cannot touch Fighting

Before gen 5, Curse used to be a "???" Type move. There were no ??? Type Pokémon or any ??? Type moves other than Curse. That type didn't have any type matchups (it deals 1× against all types, and all types deal 1× to it. Since the type matchups didn't matter anyway because there were no attack moves or Pokémon with this type), but there was a completely unusable ??? Type Arceus form in gen 4 (the only games when Arceus and the ??? Type both exist at the same time).

Missingno's type should have always been cosmic. Bird/normal seems like just a meme way of saying look up.
