Beginner Queue Limitations

Beginner queue seems to be filled with high ranked/leveled players with meta decks. Can we please add some limitations to such a queue, so it actually represents beginners or casual play?

What metric would you use to exclude people from the queue? Number of matchmade games played? Number of packs opened?

Theres multiple ways to achieve this.
contents of the deck - match making should not be pairing meta decks against new players. If the game sees that one players running celebi/serperior or darkrai/weavile or some other common meta deck then it should not match to a player with a deck thats got nothing rarer than a 3 diamond. Pair it against another meta deck and let them PLWG against eachother
player level - pairing a lvl 45 player against a lvl 8 player is laughably unfair. There should be a range, say +-5 levels, anything outside of that you shouldnt be allowed to pair against. Id go as far to say people over level 20 or 25 shouldnt even be allowed to queue in begginer, thats just blatantly intended to be farming on weaker or newer players.
win rate - if youve got past a thresh-hold of wins then you cant queue beginner
theres multiple metrics that are already tracked or easily trackable that could be used to achieve this, and frankly, should have been included at launch0 -
Honestly if there is one single thing that has never, ever happened to me was being matched against someone lvl <10 while being level 30+.
I agree that matchmaking could use some polish tho. As of now, there's no difference between "competitive" and "beginner", so a lot of people will just hit the button without even checking where they're matchmaking.
