Trade suggestions
Not sure if it has been discussed yet but the ability to to list the cards you want to trade and to see what other people may be willing to trade for in game. Otherwise it’s just a blind trade when you offer and guessing what the trader may want of yours. The only way to communicate anything is on a website like this or if you know the person in real life.

I'd like to see something like Scarlet/Violet where in the trade screen it shows which things the player you're trading with hasn't collected yet

This is why I haven't used the trading system. It's too convoluted so I've turned it off. I'd much rather be able to choose what cards I'm looking for and then be matched up with a player that has duplicates of it who can then swap for something I have duplicates of that they want.
