Cannot Log In to Account
I get past the language select screen, but I cannot activate the text fields for Username and Password on the next screen.
The “Forgot Username”, “Forgot Password”, “Create Account”, back arrow, and cancel button at the bottom of the screen are all responsive. But the text fields and “Log In” button at the top are not.
This is on iOS 12.5.6, on an iPad mini 3.

I’m having the Exact same problem on 2 iPad airs running iOS 12.5.7. Did you get anywhere on this?

Im have the same problem on my ipad. On the other hand, when logging in on my phone i am able to type in my log-in info but the log in button is unresponsive.

Hi I’m as well having the very same problem on my iPad Air(IOS 12.5.7) from the looks of things this seems to be a only happening on iPad. Just was wondering if any one got anywhere.
