Accidentally Uninstalling Pokémon TCGP. Now I can't access my account.

On 7/2/2025, I accidentally uninstalled my TGCP application without an account linked. I did make a request to transfer data, so far the haven't responded, I guess it's reasonable since it was just weekend and quite recent. I can still view my account through my friend's account, which still shows my account and all of its information, so I know the data is out there somewhere. May we have more information on how restoring lost accounts like mine work? For example…
- How long it would usuall take to get a reply after sending a request?
- Should we send another request if it has been a long time before it has been answered? If so how long should we wait?
- What do we do after we get a response agreeing to help restore an account? Is it automatic or do we have write a code?
- (For Players) If anyone has had their accounts restored after uninstalling it through the customer support, can you share any information?

Thank you Mod_Bee. I'll try sending another request if I don't get a reply by Wednesday. [3 Business days after initial request.] Another question I have is what type of request should we send? Should we send a Transfer Data inquiry like I did? Or should we send an Options & Requests inquiry?

I recently got a reply from sending another request. I will provide some information on the transferring process.
Not Getting a Response E-mail
Possibility 1 - I am not entirely sure about this, but if your request was denied when they think you're suspicious, you won't get a response from the E-mail. I suspect this because when I submitted my first request, which did not receive a response, I did not provide as much information as my second.
Possibility 2 - The E-mail may not go through. I suspect this as in my first request, the profile picture of the support account is just a default grey person. Meanwhile my second one showed a "P" standing for Pokemon.0 -
