Missing support cards

I can't find or use some support cards. Most notably professors research. Search bar won't find it. I manually searched for it too and nothing. I know it's a bug because I was just awarded 4 more and they are no longer available.

  @Kurocaidoz is correct (thank you) - if you are still unable to find your support cards, please contact our support team directly with your account information so that they can assist. 

  Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thanks for your patience and understanding! 😊
