The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

Missing support cards

I can't find or use some support cards. Most notably professors research. Search bar won't find it. I manually searched for it too and nothing. I know it's a bug because I was just awarded 4 more and they are no longer available.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thanks for your patience and understanding! 😊
