Pack point card prices are too high
Please revisit and revise pack points. Either you get too few every pack opened or the cards need too many points to redeem. Maybe let us trade cards for pack points. You want us to burn cards for trade tokens then let us burn cards for pack points.

Directly obtaining the cards you want is purposely designed to be prohibitively costly and inefficient. If you can just get the cards you want directly, you are less likely to spend in-game currency or, more importantly, real money on packsto open them.
They are reworking trading apparently, so hopefully that will get a little better in the future, but I wouldn't hold my breath for pack points.

Yes and they need to be more generous with how the system works, specially after making quarter billion in a quarter year. That’s why I’m submitting this feedback, won’t do much but it should be said. The pack point system is too prohibitive, it should be revisited and revised.
