Not spending anymore money
I was always uncertain about my Premium Pass, but decided to keep it as long as I was enjoying the game. I was really looking forward to helping my kids out with their collections by sharing some of my doubles.
Turns out, trading makes it practically impossible to do that. Got me questioning why I ever started playing a gacha game to begin with.
Cancelling my subscription until it's fixed.

Definitely share your story on any platform you can.
There are tons of people with kids, spouses, or close friends who have put money into this game thinking that any duplicates they get could be traded to help people they care about.
But now you have to choose between not giving your kids the cards you saved for them or giving it to them, but watching them destroy a bunch of their cards to get it. Neither outcome is acceptable.
