Pokémon TCG Pocket's trading system puts kids at risk
The current trading system forces players to find trade partners outside the game, leading children to seek strangers online. This opens the door to potential scams, grooming, and unsafe interactions.
A simple fix? Let players suggest the card they want instead of just offering one. Then, friends within the app (added via Wonder Picks or other features) could browse each other’s collections and propose fair trades—no chatting needed.
A safer system is possible. Will the developers listen?

It should work like the old GTS in the main games. Let people offer a card and request a card in return. We can even have a matching rarity requirement if we want to avoid the "level 3 Ratata for level 100 Mewtwo" scenarios that plagued the actual GTS.
Why does Pokémon keep coming up with great solutions like the GTS or the PSS, then scrap them in favour of something worse every time?
