CELEBI COINFLIP STALL

There is currently a stall in the game to delay the turn clock. I am still waiting for my opponent to flip their celebi coins. They are losing in the battle and have no win in play, so they iniated the celebi attack then have done nothing since. The turn timer already ticked down to 0 but yes still the game timer is ticking down but the coin flip has not yet been forced to flip or exited out. The game is in limbo waiting on the opponent to flip the coin which they don't want to because they know they are losing. This needs to be fixed. There is 9 minutes left on the game clock and this started around the 18 minute mark.
