Can't use any item that let me search cards in deck

When I use any card to go to the deck to search for pokemon or items this happens:
It's impossible to play, since I'm using a Eternatus VMax deck, and I need dark type pokemon in the bench. I tried restarting the PC and the Internet, but nothing worked.
