Unfortunately you have to be deceptive in this game because majority of the player community can't handle a loss or waiting a few seconds to see a game through!

Claiming that the players conceding the game can't handle losing is a bizarre take. Surely you would have the opposite problem if that were the case?

But I suppose we will have to agree to disagree in this case. I think the game is better when players have the ability to concede for any reason, or no reason, at any time.

You clearly disagree, and consider it rude or dishonorable.

It may be hard to reconcile these points of view, and I would rather not descend further into insults or petty squabbling.

I will say that, for your own wellbeing and mental health, assuming malicious intent from a conceding opponent, with whom you cannot communicate or discern their true motive, will only lead you to frustration and seeing bad actors in every game.

And even if you are right, what good will it do you to dwell on it and anger yourself?

As I said earlier in the thread. Take the win. Don't fret about winning "properly". Don't deliberately drag out a game as some perceived manipulation tactic against an opponent to whom you have already ascribed ill intent.

You are wasting your own time as much as theirs, and may accidentally lose a game you would have otherwise won with a quick victory or opponent's concession.

Enjoy the game and take the wins however they come. I think you will be much happier.

Resorting to the old mental health comment. You realise assuming my mental health condition makes you a hypocrite. Maybe you're projecting something

I am not insulting you or attempting to discredit you. I am not accusing you of anything. I am talking in general terms about everyone's attitudes and mental health when it comes to online interactions.

It was a sincere attempt to extend an olive branch and de-escalate any tension or animosity.

I see both sides. How about this:

If a player concedes, the opponent is prompted if they wish to continue. If you select yes, the CPU takes over the absent players hand. Everyone wins?
