Multi-Energy Decks need help

Drawing 8 of the same energies in a row is not fun when you’re trying to play a deck that requires multiple energy types and it nerfs card like Dragonite for example making them far less consistent than other decks. Some ideas to address this:
- After 3 of a single energy type, a new one is guaranteed
- Cycle through the energy types
- Introduce a new card where you can change an energy type attached to a pokemon
