Redemption Code Not Working?
Hey folks,
I redeemed two codes for the Build and Battle Stadium for Astral Radiance but it doesn’t seem to have given me anything. The codes for the packs worked just fine. Is there any way to tell what was put on my account?

Same story here; I also had issues with the Build & Battle kits. The codes went through properly on the website, and according to the people from the help desk they appeared to be redeemed to my account properly as well.
But when I set a filter to only show Sword & Shield Black Star Promos in the deck editor, none of the Lost Origin or Silver Tempest stamped promos come up.
I created a help ticket about it and this is what I got back (after digging through my trash to get the packaging and receipts I threw away):

Build and Battle Box codes only provide a random assortment of cards to your account. As such, we can confirm that this code was successfully redeemed to your account and your inventory is correct. I think I'm going to buy a code card for another kit, but take a look through everything in that set before I redeem it. Also my gems/credits/coins, etc. I'll report back with what I find.

Well, I tried again with another Build & Battle Stadium and put in a support ticket for it. About a week and a half after the standard "please send us the packaging, receipt, UPC, front and back of the code card, etc.", I got a response from a different agent.

So... it sounds like SOMETHING is happening. Hopefully they can fix this before Scarlet & Violet kits drop.
