Blastoise event bug
Ive been trying to get the reward for Winding with non-rare Pokemon, but i never get it. I was thinking maybe its because i have magneton in my deck, i feel like it was at 4 star raritet when it came out, but maybe im just imagining things. It could also be that i have a chansey magnemite in my deck?
i dont have any more stamina to test it out right now, but idk, seems odd either way.

Was having this issue myself, fixed it by taking the Promo-A pikachu out of the deck I was using. I assume it can't tell what rarity the card is since there aren't any diamonds on it. Hope this helped!

It's how it was designed, promo cards don't have any regular rarity, those have their own rarity that is called PROMO rarity… so those don't meet the quest requirements... to complete the quest all the Pokemon in your deck must have 1 or/and 3 diamonds rarity.
