    I would actually take my chances with kubfu

    But out of these options definitely Regigigas I could probably be a mile away when it hits its first attack

    Zygarde is the most peaceful of the options here. You didn't specify that the Legendary was mad or anything like that, so Zygarde seems pretty safe compared to Pokémon like Groudon, Kyogre, Yveltal, Eternatus, and Mewtwo who are usually pretty dangerous. Giratina (except for in PLA) seems to also be pretty peaceful if you're not doing something stupid, but honestly it's scarier than Zygarde (and more powerful). With the rumours spread about Kyurem in Lacunosa Town, there is no way I could think it's harmless and friendly. I have no idea about Regigigas, but it can move continents according to myths if I remember correctly, and I am not going to take a risk. Sure, it's slow, but what about after Slow Start ends?

    Also you didn't specify which form. I could easily fight a singular Zygarde cell or core if it doesn't call for help.

    Regigigas, because I could walk away whilst it was still waking up.

    If it is already raring to go I think it squashes me just as easily as anything else.

    Most of these could end me instantly, except for regigigas, who could end me as soon as he could get up and actually attack. Maybe I could survive Kyogre, by staying far away from the water

    I think Regigigas is most survivable because of how slow it can be. By the time it wakes up I would have found a hiding spot. And it doesn't seem to be incredibly intelligent, so it wouldn't find me.
