Do not have a Nintendo. No 3DS, no Switch. No console. My parents think i’m too prone to addiction for that. I never played a Pokémon game on console. I also only play TCG live, ‘cause my parents also think i’m too prone for addiction for GO and UNITE. [Edited by Mod_Bee - do not share or reveal personal details about yourself or others], so i also haven’t TCG pocket.

Of course you are! Not having these things doesn't mean you're not a worthy Pokémon fan. As long as you don't give up your passion for Pokémon, you're a worthy fan.

It doesn't matter. Pokémon fan is hardly some vaunted position or exclusive club. Why does it matter how much or little of the franchise you interact with?
It's a shame you don't get to enjoy the mainseries games, but as long as you are living under their roof, their word is law.
If you really want to play them, maybe negotiate with your parents or demonstrate responsible behaviour that might convince them to let you play. But otherwise you have to respect their authority.
