Why am I not getting my stuff on tcg online after redeeming the code?
like 3 weeks ago I stopped receiving all of my items from codes after redeeming several codes and then tossing them. Then today I redeemed 2 booster packs, they both worked so I redeemed my ultra premium collection code and it didn’t give me my stuff but it says I redeemed the code. Please help I’m missing so much stuff

that happens to me sometimes idk why it happens but usually the next day it shows up try signing out and signing back in.

Im having the exact same issue. I went thru a FAT stack of code cards I've been saving up for a year, easily over one standard (60) deck's worth of code cards, almost 2 decks worth, approx 80-100 and got Redeemed the codes ok, but then hit "collect all" it said they were collected but then not one single card showed up in my roster. Same thing happened again today with about 30 code cards worth. When I redeem 10 or less at a time it works just fine but when I try to get any more than one single group of 10, I get goose-egged. What's my recourse here? I've gotten bunked out of well over 100 packs worth of code cards, easily missing out on ~ 500 cards that should be in my tcg live roster but are not. Haaaylp!

I have exact same problem!;Got bunked ~ month ago on a FAT Stack of code cards I had been saving for almost a year. Easily had 100 code cards which should've added ~ 500 cards to my roster and I got zero. Month later they never magically appeared like some other users claim may happen. Tonight(Christmas Day 2024) same thing just happened to me with AGAIN with 30 b( 3x groups of 10) cards. What's our recourse here, if anhymm?
