Why my rank go down after I win?

It never goes up

It goes up 10 points if you win (13 if win streak), but in Master league unlike the previous leagues you do lose points for each loss…
The rank points you lose in each Master league tier (when you lose a game) it's like this:
-Deoxys Tier: You lose 2 points for each loss.
-Victini Tier: You lose 3 points for each loss.
- Shaymin Tier: You lose 5 points for each loss.
- Mew Tier: You lose 6 points for each loss.3
