Genome Hacking and Copy Anything
It seems that copy anything won’t copy Genome hacking even when conditions are met. There wasn’t any in game text saying this.
it would be more interesting if it could copy genome hacking, but if not there should be some in game text clarifying its inability to be copied.

That would lead to an endless loop until you chose some other ability, and the end result would be the same anyway. Other than the comedy aspect, what would be the point? Why would you even try?

It might lead to an endless loop for Mew ex (not that it would be difficult for you to program using a copy move once) but it could be used by ditto much more since ditto can copy from the bench.
If you had Mew ex on the bench and Mewtwo ex in the active, you could use ditto to copy genome hacking and then copy Psydrive with only 3 colorless on ditto. Seems pretty useful to me!
