I cannot add cards using quick ball

The card does not allow me to add a basic pokemon to my hand even if i have valid targets.

And the cards do not appeared.

  Same here, Ultra Ball, Quick Ball, nothing works.

  I have the same problem, cant make new decks cuz of this bugg please fix it.
