Errors 10011, 10099, 19011 and 19013. Locked out of my account.

These past few days I´ve been getting these four error codes whenever I try to log in the game, both from my PC and Mobile devices, all the same account. No matter how hard I try, it won't let me access my account. I tried deleting both the app's cache and data from my phone, then uninstalling TCG Live and installing it back again. It let me in my account, but it was simply not usable. Features like the Battle Pass, Shop and Battles were not available, and all I could do was check my decks. I closed the app, tried logging in again and the same errors popped up.

Just when I was starting to enjoy the game and actually understand and craft my very own deck, after reaching Deoxys League, this happens and completely stops my progress and enjoyment.

I don't want to lose my account, what should I do to fix these issues?

    I just deleted my account that I reached Arceus league with. Checked and I didn't receive a single one of the rewards cards and didn't receive any of the battle pass cards either. They won't get back to you if you message them it's a list cause. Start over or find a new game it's kinda the only option
