The crystal price for cosmetics should be 1/4 of their gold price

All my gold got coverted to crystal at 4:1 ratio and now 600 gold box/sleeves cost 250 crystal instead of 150… ridiculous

That's what I was talking about weeks ago… when some innocent people were praising the new Battle Pass/Seasonal Ladder and no more coins… I told you they were going to make it worst… guess who was right?

I admitted that it would be worse for the 3 people who care about cosmetics. No denying that.
And before you argue that a huge number of people care, they wouldn't have dropped coins in the first place if that were the case. If you need to complain about something, it's better to focus on the Tauros manure they pulled with trying to stop credit farming.
