[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 15:00 ~ 23:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.

I Can't Pass The Login Screen

How do I get Pokémon TCG LIVE to allow me to play the game after I correctly input my username and password? I want to play Pokémon TCG LIVE on my phone but, when I try to sign in: the app won't let me go past the login screen. The app sends me back to the login screen instead of letting me play the game after I input my username and password. I think that the username and password I enter is correct because the app tells me that I'm wrong when I purposefully enter the wrong information (as a test).
