Snorlax bug

Hi
I m not sure if it's a bug but when i have Snorlax in the active spot i cant use gardevoir's talent (Psy shadow) to put an energy on him and i dont see anything write on Snorlax or gardevoir descriptions that justify this.
Someone can say me if it's a bug or tell me why?

Gardevoir "Psychic Shadow" ability can only attach a psychic energy to a psychic Pokemon type in the active spot… Snorlax it's a colorless (normal) type Pokemon… that's why you can't use "Psychic Shadow" on it.
