My game froze while I was collecting tier 50 rewards in the pass, did it give me all the rewards?

I had to restart the game, and was unable to finish opening the packs, but it has a check mark on the pass items, but I have no idea if it actually gave them to me, I never visually received them, and there’s no way to check to see a list of owned cards newest to oldest. I worked really hard on this pass, I’d hate to not of gotten all the stuff I worked for.
