Add Pokedex
it’d be nice to have a Pokédex button that easily showed which pokemon we have obtained so far and ones we have not. And the functionality to click on the pokemon to see which booster we can get them from. I know there is a way to get that similar UI but it’s hard to find and should be easier to navigate to.

You have filters to make it easier, did you used that?
"the functionality to click on the pokemon to see which booster we can get them from" this is not hard to find you just need to scroll down when the card is enlarged and you have a lot of data about the Pokemon including the pack you can find it.
You have to remember it's a mobile game, the interface naturally gets compromised. If there is too much going on not only the performance/battery goes down but also can lead to a worst user experience.
That's why things that are not used often are not as "exposed" as the others that are commonly used.

you can do all of this from your collection. The only thing it won’t show you is which full art cards you’re missing
