"I have been playing Pokémon TCG Pocket for over a week now, and I've encountered some issues during this time. First, I believe there is a restriction on EX Pokémon that significantly undermines the concept of being first-hand. Second, the Pokémon skills that require coin flips have probabilities that seem to vary greatly and could benefit from clearer explanations, as some skills seem to have a chance far from 50/50."

First, what restriction on ex (not EX) Pokemon are you referring to? If is the 2 unique copies per deck that applies to all Pokemon not just ex.
Second, "probabilities that seem to vary greatly" the key word is "seem".
