[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

Cannot launch the app on Windows

After few seconds the screen turned blur and it looked like some kind of notification. When I clicked the red part the app started to reload from 0/46 and then this screen showed again.

  Problem solved by setting language used in non unicode apps to English. Still weird.
