Thank you gift not being received

As of today, whenever I go to open gifts from people who gave me a “thank you” it says “no items could be claimed.” I’m wondering if this is a bug or if it’s no longer letting me get shop tickets because I’ve gotten too many or something like that. If someone could give me feedback on this that would be great. Thanks!
